I’m kind of glad AMC went in a different direction with Sophia. I mean, it wasn’t predictable as such. Everyone just assumed that she’d be fine with more survivors, or she was with Merle (which I argued with my sister about, there was no chance of that) and she’d come back all badass and such.
It is a shame though, Sophia and Carl’s relationship in the comics is so sweet.
But well...
